NUTC was well-represented at Northwestern’s McCormick School of Engineering Spring 2018 commencement ceremony on June 22.  Special congratulations to the following four students (listed below with respective dissertation titles) who successfully completed their PhD in Transportation Systems Analysis & Planning.
