Alumni Giving to the Transportation Center

The Transportation Center relies heavily on the generosity of alumni, friends, and industry sponsors to achieve its goals and fund its broad range of academic and research activities.

Alumni gifts to the Transportation Center are used primarily to support students pursuing degrees in transportation related programs offered at Northwestern, including PhD and Masters students and undergraduates pursuing the Minor in Transportation and Logistics. This support includes scholarships and fellowships, sponsorship of students to attend academic and industry conferences, and support of a wide range of student activities including the Transportation Center Seminar Series, Field Trips and other special events.

Company Matching Gifts are an important source of funding, so don't forget to ask your employer to match your gift to the Center if possible.

You can contribute to the Transportation Center in several ways:

Complete the Transportation Center's Donor Form and return it to us with your generous contribution.

Online
Make a gift using the Northwestern University Online Giving site. In order to direct your gift to the Transportation Center, you must allocate your contribution to the Center by selecting "Other" in the pull down box in the "Gift" section and typing in "The Transportation Center."
